Locally-bred meat features predominantly in the range of pâtés: Water Rat, Frog Legs with Smoked Bacon, Snails with Garlic & Tomato, Pig’s Trotter, Partridge with Cider & Grapes, Pulled Beef with Cornichons and Chicken Rillettes with Tarragon. The Pâtés are now AVAILABLE.
