Ballancourt Fine Foods are an independent family business who, over the past 20 years, have sourced a varied range of high-quality French produce to supply to the independent fine food market. We are now the preferred pâté supplier to hundreds of retailers across the UK.
We select regional French specialities such as gourmet cooked meals, fish products, soups and mustards from a variety of artisan producers. We have built our reputation on our superb selection of pâtés, terrines and rillettes. From handmade duck pâté with a touch of thyme to lobster terrine with fresh cream, and wild boar pâté to goats cheese terrine with artichoke and tomato, there is something for everybody – meat lovers, fish fanatics and vegetarians alike.
Our ranges feature traditional family recipes using wholesome, natural and high-quality ingredients. They benefit from full traceability to accredited farms and production facilities and have a long shelf life at ambient temperature.
