About Us

Ballancourt was founded in 2003 by David and Michelle Marshall who with a wealth of knowledge of fine French foods have established a business supplying delicatessens, farm shops, butchers and other independent retailers all over the United Kingdom and Ireland with superb tasting, quality, traditional French produce. Falcon Sales & Marketing, also a family business, has been associated with the Ballancourt business for over 10 years, sharing their passion and vision for quality French foods and in 2015 purchased the business from David & Michelle – we will continue to use their expertise for the foreseeable future.

“Although we supply a varying range of products, we are probably best known for our extensive and ever-growing selection of pâtés, terrines and rillettes. From handmade duck pâté with a touch of thyme to lobster terrine with fresh cream, and wild boar pâté or smoked Corsican Figatelli sausage pâté with white Patrimonio wine to goats cheese terrine with artichoke and tomato, there is something for everybody – meat lovers, fish fanatics and vegetarians alike.”

“All our products can be supplied under the Ballancourt brand. However, we specialise in designing and printing private labels at no extra cost. We have excellent products and want our customers to be proud to put them on their shelves.”
